Each month we get phone calls from area businesses requesting to become a distribution location for Families Today!

Parents, family members, and care givers willing to invest themselves, their children, and their community make up our reader base. Our readers are 70% women, 28% men (2% unknown). 76% have college degrees; 68% report an income greater than $75,000; and 95% have at least one pet.

Our family oriented paper focuses on Rhode Island. We highlight family activities in RI and nearby MA, family events, community projects, and parent resources. Each month, readers turn to us for our Children’s Book Reviews, Birthday Party Guide, Activity Guide, and Calendar of Events. We also have monthly features including The Providence Children’s Museum, Doctor’s Orders, and Fearless Parenting in our editorial columns. In addition, our monthly issues focus on child safety, activities for kids, child development, and many other topics that are a great interest to our readers.

Families Today is published monthly and hits the stands on the 1st of each month. Our distribution is 25,000 per month, sometimes spiking to 50,000 in any given month - that’s a minimum of 300,000 annually! That’s triple the circulation of our competitors.
